This is the 30 second video I took at the how to blog session yesterday.  I didn't manage to put it on the blog yesterday because I only had my ipad not my laptop with me, and there was no wireless access anyway.

But I'll I've done is uploaded the video to youtube, and then under 'share' taken the embed code and created a blog post, just as we did yesterday, but including the embed code as well.

Just to eplain...

So that was the 'how to blog' session at CIPD11 which Gareth Jones and I ended up delivering - we had a bit of a chat with people about blogging then thought we'd create and promote a blog.

There should hopefully be a few more posts going up later - I've got a video to put up when I get back to the hotel (may be after tweet-up, drinks etc etc)...
